Friends and family “flipped” over Elana’s gymnastics-themed Bat Mitzvah fete! The weekend began at East End Temple in Gramercy Park with a beautiful morning Temple photo shoot prior to Elana’s Mitzvah service. The sun was beaming through the Temple’s beautiful stained glass windows, which made for some really cool shadows!

After the service, guests boarded an NYC double decker bus to Pier 59 and the new Abigial Kirsch venue, Current. Kiriba of Atlas Floral Decorators did a great job bringing Elana’s love of gymnastics to life through the great silhouetted cut out figures that adorned the ballroom ceiling that was filled with blue and purple balloons. Kevin of Untouchable Events got all 150 of Elana’s friend and family moving on the dance floor. And how did Elana get ready to party? In her customized decorated Converse sneakers!

The food, catered by Abigail Kirsch, was so creative and yummy that the guests had to save all the candy at the candy bar for later!
