Live Streaming 

We can live stream any aspects of your experience from important presentations or panel discussions to a basic live action feed of your booth. We can set up a platform specifically for your stream, stream direct to your website, or use our own vimeo channel. We can provide multiple cameras and switch between speakers in real time for a very produced and visually interesting feed. This production will be recorded and you will have the files to use as you see fit post event. 

 

Uses for Photos and Videos Post Event

If a member of your team has been asked to speak at the event it positions you as an expert in your industry and you will most likely want to promote the video in some way. Whether you want to create a piece for sales/marketing or post the talk in its entirety to your website, we can shoot and edit video that fits your needs and budget. We have the capacity to run our own audio (to ensure quality) and shoot with multiple cameras resulting in a piece with extremely high production value. If your goal is simply a short highlight reel (for press or to post on social media) we can work with a leaner crew, capturing some of speeches/presentations and also B-Roll of the overall event. We can edit on site and push out contents quickly same day or next day if needed.

 

 

A Variety of Capture for Multi-Purpose Use

Trade shows and conferences are a fantastic opportunity to generate a ton of imagery that can be used for many different purposes post event. High-quality and impactful photos are a huge asset which can give you content for press, social, website, marketing, advertising, and PR for months to come. We capture not only the action of the event itself but all of your branding, logos, signage, booth, swag etc.

Most of these large events involve breakout sessions in addition to keynote speeches and panels during the day, and cocktail receptions / networking events at night. Thus, they present a rare opportunity to capture a wide variety of images – from employees collaborating during breakout sessions or captively listening to a presentation to your team laughing and engaging with one another over a happy hour cocktail.

If your company is hosting a smaller event (meeting or reception) while everyone is in town for the conference, we would be delighted to cover that for you as well. These break out meetings often take place during the conference or after the program in one of the many smaller rooms at the conference venue. Also, your team may have an off-site event involved (i.e. dinner cruise, reception at iconic venue, etc.) and these events are often very photo worthy!

 

 

Featured Events

Below you will find some examples of large industry conferences and trade shows we covered this year which will give you a sense of the type of photo and video content we can create for you.

The first is the Climate Reality Project at which 3,000 climate change activists from around the world for three days of keynote addresses, panel discussions breakout sessions and networking to help further activists to develop their advocacy skills in fighting the climate crisis.

The second is the GED Conference which involved several days of speeches, presentations, classes and workshops for teachers and students. We created a highlight reel which they will use to promote next year’s conference as well as several student and teacher testimonials.

The third event represented is the Greater New York Dental Meeting where we captured several interviews and discussions with high-profile industry leaders.

The fourth event is the Real Estate AI Conference which was a 3 day event consisting of demos, breakouts, round table discussions, exhibit hall, networking events and cocktail receptions.
