The youngest of three, it was Julia’s turn to celebrate her Bat Mitzvah! It was so great being a part of this special milestone with Mom and Dad again after photographing their wedding back in the 90s.

The weekend began with a photo session at Central Synagogue. Rabbi Maurice Salth was on hand to bless Julia on her Bat Mitzvah. It’s always a blast for Sarah to photograph there!  The weekend continued with a celebration in honor of Julia at Metropolitan West, a loft space here in Manhattan. The orchid centerpieces resting in ice sculpture vases, designed by Susan Holland Events, created a sleek and modern vibe for  the room. Julia and all her friends entered the party on “cloud nine” with smoke clouds everywhere, just like a real club! Evan Tyler of E Three Productions got the party moving on the dance floor all night long.  Check out Evan’s new product of headsets for the children and some adults to wear so the room was silent for the adults to enjoy their first course!  We have never seen this before.  Leave it up to Evan to come up with something new, exciting and different!  This was one rockin’ party!!!!  Mazel Tov Julia!
